COLLECTOR'S EDITION 1

I placed an order for the collectors bundle box that jncludes their most recent 3 launches: Enigma Of Taif, Vanilla 01 and the new Shaghaf. The packaging was poorly and carelessly done so all bottles came broken. I submitted a request for replacement to their customer service team and all I received after waiting for over a week was one of the 3 bottles. Now just sent another email and next will be placing a dispute claim with my banking institution.
