Refund Policy
- Refunds take up to 14 working days to be completed.
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- A refund can be offered as a voucher/coupon code with the same value as the products.
- A refund is allowed within 14 days from the order date.
- If the order has not been shipped out yet, a refund will be processed immediately. However, if the order has been shipped out, it will not be cancelled.
