EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

ONLINE POLICY

Items purchased online through swissarabian.com must be returned through our Customer Support team. Swiss Arabian is not responsible for any items purchased through third-party websites.

 We accept exchanges or refunds for same-priced items within 14 days, provided that the item is unopened and remains in its original packaging. Shipping charges for such exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer.

 If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order during our working days. Cancellation requests received outside our working days will be processed on the next working day and may not be eligible for cancellation if the order has already been shipped.

 If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, we may accept the return of the order, subject to our return conditions. In such cases, all shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer.

 Destination duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are determined by the respective country's customs regulations and policies and are not the responsibility of Swiss Arabian.

 Orders that are rejected, refused, or returned by customs due to unpaid or applicable customs duties, taxes, or other destination-country charges are not eligible for a refund or return, and Swiss Arabian will not be responsible for covering such charges.

 If the wrong product was delivered to the customer due to an error, Swiss Arabian will exchange it free of charge. However, if the customer ordered the wrong item, the exchange will require double shipping charges (two AWBs — one for collection and one for delivery) provided the product must be in its original packaging.
